Painting a Peculiar Duckling

Painting a wooden duckling while listening to relaxing music. She makes sure to apply all three layers to insure the paint job meets her standard.

For building I ended up starting with the duck and building the rest around it.

I tried to put in a number of references, some to old Lego products and some to vintage cartoons, as I thought the vibe of those where just right. I hope you can spot all 5 of them, if not, feel free to ask.

The hardest part of this was definitely the girl herself. As this was my first attempt at creating human like figures using the system building blocks system. I think she turned out fine enough for this challenge.
