Time to Flip the Table
When my family comes together there are always at least two things that take place, big meals and board games. I built a cozy dining room / kitchen space that features a flipping table. On one side it has a dinner setting and on the other side, it has a board game setup. All of the minifigures have alternate faces with happy smiles on one side and a more focused, irritated, or concerned look on the other side for game time.
My family is ever growing and continuously changing with marrying into a brand new family of in-laws, my siblings bringing up nieces and nephews, and growing close friend relationships whom I consider family. My husband and I love it when we can bring everyone together and share a joyful meal then get down to business when it’s everyone for themselves during game night.
