Vacation at the Boardwalk!
Growing up in a small town in New York, some of my favorite memories are of breaking the monotony and going to the beach, specifically the boardwalk. In this model, I've included all of my favorite memories, from souvenir stores to seagulls stealing food!
- Explore the beach, with its volleyball net and gulls galore! (There may also be some hidden treasure!)
- On the boardwalk, take a spin on the airplane ride, and get some pizza at "Big Pies with Free Fries!" Both the amusement ride and the sign on top of the restaurant are connected through gears, so that when you turn a crank, both rotate simultaneously.
- At the end of the day, stop by the arcade to play a space game, and buy a postcard to send home from "Nostalgia Souvenirs!"
Of course, a boardwalk would be incomplete without families to populate it. That's why this model has plenty of folks to work and have fun at the beach.
