Renaissance Festival Family Trip
One of my favorite family traditions is the yearly trip we take to the local Renaissance Festival. I've loved it from the early years where the kids dressed like princesses and pirates all the way through the more recent years when they were mainly shopping for jewelry. The Renfest is magic - a place where we see knights in armor and funny court jesters - a place where we can experience what life would be like during the Renaissance.
Here are the things we loved that I included in this set:
- Trying our skills at the archery range
- Browsing the amazing swords and armor for sale
- Seeing the jugglers, jesters, and story tellers
- Exploring the shops with hand made jewelry, leather goods, candles, and books
- And...the famous turkey legs!
The set is 2158 pieces which includes 8 minifigs.
