Sea of Treasures
The “Sea of Treasures” is based on our family vacation to Hawaii. I saw the amazingness of the ocean, and I've always had a connection with water and the ocean. I was always curious about it, so I read books on the oceans and did research on the internet about aquariums. I learned about how ecosystems work together and understanding the impact of climate change. I was inspired by the coral reefs and the abundance of fish, sharks and other ocean life that lives within them.
This LEGO creation has sharks, dolphins, jellyfish, coral, an anglerfish and other oceanic life. There is a secret treasure cave with jewels leading up to it; it is guarded by a shark that is eating another fish. There are skeletons and other shipwreck items scattered throughout the coral reef. I used pieces from my other LEGO sets and also ones that my sister threw in the family bins.
