1998 Ford Mustang GT Saleen

Attending High School in the 90's was when the Ford Mustang really started to catch my eye and attention.  I still remember the one day my dad was given a red Mustang as a rental car when his old sedan was in the shop and I was given a ride to school in it!

The 1998 Ford Mustang GT Saleen model is still one of my favorite Mustangs today, and the 4.6 L/390 HP engine sounds amazing.  I decided to make a Lego model similar to a black one with tinted windows that I found online and wanted--only to find out it was sold 5 years ago!  :)

I added an orange racing stripe to my Lego car for my college Alma matter, Oregon State Univ, (Go Beavs!).  If I owned this car, I would drive down to home football games in it and tailgate with the fans at all the games.

Now that it's finally spring here, it's time to take it for a spin in the neighborhood to enjoy the blooming flowers, fountains and loud geese nearby.
