BASE: Europa Space Outpost

This outpost lies partially in the vast ocean beneath the frozen surface of Europa, and partially above the surface. Nearby, is an ice cave of unknown origin. The giant gas planet that holds Europa in it's gravitational grip can be seen in the night sky above, along with one of its sister sattelites, Io. The outpost houses pioneers, in each of its many turrets, who have voyaged across the solar system to establish a new life in this new world, and build this outpost out of the materials gathered from the plant life and geological materials under the frozen surface.
