Base : Explorers' Community Outpost

My version of an Explorers' Community Base in the middle of an exoplanet's ocean. The community has every requirement for any space explorer. The notable buildings include;

The outpost is powered by sustainable means of wind and solar power, and meets its water needs by purifying water from the planet's ocean and storing them in reservoirs. Aside from the major landing pads, docking facilities are available on the Community Tower Pads, private pads amidst the outpost and 2 pads outside the outer limit. The research lab is noticeable with its arch on the bottom level. The security tower has a bino-top, serving as a radar and spotting system to guide ships in and out. The base is built high to be immune to the occasional rough seas of the planet.

The future for humanity beyond Earth will be much rewarding with sustainable outposts like these to harbor resources and expand the limits of our reach into the cosmos.
