BASE: The Floating City

High in the atmosphere of a distant gas giant floats this futuristic city. Suspended under an immense gas filled balloon, the city was originally designed to support a refinery to process atmospheric gasses into fuel to be carried away by a fleet of space tankers. Later, it also became a luxury resort with visitors coming to enjoy the experience of floating amongst the beautiful, ever changing clouds. Now it fulfils both roles and has become a must visit destination for any discerning space traveller!

The build uses 183 pieces and features the city itself with the luxury resort and habitation zones on the upper level and the refinery and processing sectors below. It also includes 2 space tankers (with a familiar colour scheme!) and a space yacht which can be posed approaching (or leaving) the resort’s main space dock. Despite appearances, it's a pretty sturdy build (and can be picked up by the balloon with no issues).
