Vehicle: Neutron Explorer
Meet the Neutron Explorer, a beefy futuristic rover that's ready to rumble into the unknown. To explore the cosmos you need a way to move heavy scientific equipment, which is exactly what this rover is engineered to achieve. Today's mission involves transporting a seismic station for a Classic Spaceman tracking volcanic activity on planet LL-2009. The Classic Spacemen want to establish a future base on this volcanic planet, but they don't necessarily want to build it more than once... so searching for steady ground is a very high priority.
Features include an adjustable crane, an observation deck, a mini storage bay for equipment, and bricks in the new reddish-orange color introduced in 2024 space sets.
The vehicle's name, Neutron Explorer, is a little nod to the naming of old space themes (for example, Futuron). The rover design was inspired by combing the aesthetics of farming tractors, cranes, and electric trucks. This entire submission is built out of exactly 250 elements.
