In this comic book, Dr. Octopus, Green Goblin, Sandman, Mysterio, Vulture, and Electro team up as the evil Sinister Six to take over New York City. Spider-Man has to team up with Miles Morales and Spider-Ham to stop them from taking over the city.
Spider-Man has to fight Doc Ock and the Green Goblin. Miles Morales is fighting Sandman and the Vulture. While Spider-Ham has to fight Mysterio and Electro.
