Gateway of the Black Lion

The Mighty Black Lion has been safely and securely locked away behind an impenitreble door by King Alfor within the Castle of Lions to keep it safe from Zarkon.  The only way to free it is for its four fellow Lions to be found and brought before the door.  Once freed, the Black Lion can form the body and head of Voltron, the Legendary Defender of the Universe!

Some details you will notice, on the door, there are four colored 1x1 transclearent, sloped pieces.  They are arranged how the other four Lions are arranged for Voltron's limbs, and represent how they all must be present for the Black Lion to be released.

I based my Black Lion model after the Lion from the Netflix Original series, Voltron: Legendary Defender.  It's not as exact as it could be, but this is because After I started building it, it quickly took on its own style.  I think it came out great.  I'm especially proud of how the Chest, Wings, and Head turned out.
