Retro Synths
Synthesizers have been a undeniable force in shaping the sound of contemporary music over the last half-century, from their origins in electronics labs all the way to the top of the charts. This Lego display is a collection of some of the iconic instruments and milestones in that journey!
We start with synth pioneer Bob Moog (included here as a minifig!) and his original Moog Modular 55 synth. Complete with swappable cables and modular panels. The Moog love continues with two Minimoog models, the 70's-era Model D, and the 2002 Voyager.
Three iconic synths from the 80's are represented, Korg's MS-20, Roland's Jupiter-8, and the revolutionary Yamaha DX7.
Lastly, a modern keyboard in bright red, the beautiful Nord Stage.
Also included as a minifig is one of progressive rock's most renowned synth masters, the late Keith Emerson.
An attention-grabbing display set for music lovers and musicians of all types, these synth sets already have a bit of an underground fan following!
