LEGO TUNES | The Real Working Musicbox

It would be a dream to realize a LEGO music box as a real set.

The only thing really missing in LEGO (except some old LEGOLAND sets) is an element that makes music. And how can you better realize that than with a music box?!

I turned it into a colorful design. Bright colors paired with basic colors such as black / brown and white.

Despite the note not to use old elements, I used an old wind-up LEGO train truck motor (890) - which I wanted to use for a MOC for a long time - to make this music box really play. Of course you can also make a construction with manual drive or a drive with LEGO Power Functions.

The 6 musical notes that you see in the carousel are the first 6 notes of the LEGO soundtrack: 'Everything is Awesome'. [e-very-thing-is-awe-some] Check the movie I added.
