Grease Lightning Jukebox Stage

Grease is the word for a nostalgic trip back in time to when rock & roll, hot rods and diners were king.  Danny Zuko and Sandy Olsson played by John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John were the stars of Grease, one of the all time most popular musicals. 

The base features a checkerboard dance floor and a Grease Lightning Hot Rod styled stage featuring a giant jukebox.  The jukebox can be removed and displayed on its own.  Danny and Sandy dance center stage surrounded by a far out band.  The players are on their own stands and can be moved to different spots around the stage. 

 

The cool working feature of the set is a hidden knob in the very front center of the car grille.  When it is turned the band rocks back and forth, Danny and Sandy dance round and round, and the two large musical notes move back and forth in time to the band.  A connection behind the base could allow for the automation to be motorized for extended dance parties.
