Bricksburg Marching Band

Marching Bands have been around since the early 1800’s and while everyone knows the “Boom Boom Rata tat tat” sound of a parade or a half-time show LEGO has yet to build a marching band in the familiar blocky form! It is with great anticipation that I present Bricksburg Marching Band. Put on a field show for your other minifigures or set up a parade for your LEGO modular city residents! The options are limitless!    

This project features 16 minifigures including a Band Director, Color Guard Coach, Drum Major, 3 Color Guard members, 4 Drumline, 3 Brass, and 3 Woodwind musicians. Transport the band to their various destinations in style and safety with a bus and cargo truck.

At 1,212 total pieces there are plenty of opportunities for play and interesting building techniques. Remove and fold the roof of the truck to use as a podium and utilize clever parts to hang drums and drumsticks. Open the bus’ roof to place minifigures  inside or pack up and drive to the next gig or competition.
