Country Roads!

My entry is inspired by the country-folk classic, ‘Country Roads’ by John Denver. I chose this song as it is one of my all-time favourites. Most people would of heard of it as it is a much loved country song. This song has fuelled my passion for music more than any other song...

In the build, you can see a minifigure version of John Denver. He is holding an acoustic guitar. I designed this minifig and I chose those parts as they portray John’s classic look. There is also a 70s style microphone next to him

As you can see, he is on top of a stage. The stage sides have two scaffolding pieces which hold up a pair of speakers.

At the back of the stage there is the ‘New Ridge Mountain Range’ (Not Geographically accurate). They are made up of lots of sloped pieces to create a rocky texture. There is also snow on top of them.

Through the centre of the stage, there is a road. It gradually gets smaller (because of perspective).
