Pipe Organ
A pipe organ following the Northern German baroque style of Arp Schnitger who has built lots of magnificent organs in Northern Europe!
This organ is equipped with two manuals (keyboards) and a pedalboard. The instrument houses fourteen ranks (that is a row of pipes with the same timbre) with 186 pipes altogether separated into three divisions. The wind (that is pressurized air) is supplied by three powerful bellows.
The fist manual division is the Hauptwerk located prominently on top of the organ. It houses five ranks on its wind chest and a sixth one in the façade (called Prinzipal).
The second manual division is the Brustwerk located beneath the Hauptwerk. It houses three ranks of short flue pipes (high pitch).
The pedal division is located behind the main case. It consists of five ranks. That is where the power-sound comes from!
Features:
- The Hauptwerk and the Brustwerk can be taken off separately in order to have a look into what is beneath them.
- The bellows are independently moveable
