Crystal Heist

On the far away sand planet that Futuron call home, Blacktron is up to mischief again. They’ve stolen a crystal from the refinery!

Blacktron and Futuron were Lego’s first factions of the space theme and even now, people are still making MOCs about them, still entranced by the first ‘goodies and baddies’ of Lego space.

in this build I have made a Futuron crystal refinery which is being robbed by a Blacktron speeder. I made the planet sandy to mimic the box art of the original sets. I have also tried to cram in as many interesting part uses as I could. For example: mudguards for engine cowling, cheese slopes for the road and a window for computer screen.
