First Contact
Long before the Galaxy Explorer Starship Model revolutionised LEGO Space Exploration, the use of Planetary Landing Modules was still employed in the early days of the LEGO Space Program, in order to explore alien worlds.
This scene depicts the the LEGO People's first contact with Alien Life upon landing on a strange planet; specifically that of a family of simple farmers who spend their days catching white fish in their pink underground streams.
The scene includes 2 astronauts and their landing module, an alien landscape complete with a fruit-growing tentacle, and an alien family's farmhouse. The landing module has a complete interior, with 2 beds, adjustable computer, shelving and Molecular Assembler (currently assembling a hammer for repairs). The farmhouse also has a furnished interior, with a large family bed, dining table with seating, and a stove for cooking white fish.
