The Mothership

For my build I wanted to do something involving aliens, so I was in luck when years back lego made a theme about alien's, called Alien Conquest. For my build I wanted to capture a feeling none of the sets could do for me, which is a huge imposing threat. Now I know they had a mothership set in the actual line, but that one could only hold one alien, so I really don't count that as a mothership. I tried my best to capture the box artwork of the city, with it being all black, with yellow lights. The main framework of the ship is actually roller coaster parts! With the underside lights being attached to roller coaster peices, as well as the clip pieces that make the siding. There's also some tiny ufo flying around, as well as the three legged ships on the floor, a reference to one of the sets. Along with my own little gunner ship attached to the mothership. These last couple of contest have been my favorites to build something for. I hope you enjoy my build!
