The GOAT of All GWPs
Within the LEGO community, there is a certain mythos that surrounds the goat. Mystery surrounds its sudden disappearance from the limelight - Was it as simple as a logistical challenge, with a broken mold? Or was there something more sinister at play? Was this a cover-up, to hide the fact the goats had risen up, and taken control of LEGO's factories?
Whatever the answer, goats have captured the imagination of the LEGO community and have become a highly sought-after collectable and icon. In my eyes, this makes them ideal for a GWP - collectible and desirable, but also possible to assemble from available parts, meaning it wouldn't entirely exclude those who miss the redemption window.
While recent releases have heralded the arrival of an unprinted white goat and its grey counterpart, this upsized goat represents the original mysterious icon, a white goat with medium nougat patterning.
N.B. The horns have been used in tan as the elbow parts aren't currently made in dark tan.
