Funny to build, realistic, nice to display for adults (AFOL or not).

Sturdy and fun to play with for kids.

It features a hot dog cart, an ice cream stand... and a trashcan, because we want to keep the streets clean.

PS: I build this with real bricks to make sure all of this is perfectly sturdy. Even the bike and the ice cream cart roof stay perfectly in place.
