The Coffee Roastery

A barista uses a 50KG coffee roaster (modelled after a Diedrich infrared coffee roaster) to make the best fair trade, organic coffee in LEGO land. The realistic coffee roaster has a spinning drum. The flame of the infrared burner can be seen through the viewing ports. The drum hatch opens to a spinning agitator in the cooling bin where the coffee beans cool down before they can be ground into exquisite espresso and served on a barista pro machine. The door to the chaff collector opens and closes to enable cleaning of the roaster. Complete with 209 pieces.
