1+1=3: The Binary Counter

How do computers store data?
That's done with binary information,
using only zeroes and ones.

This model shows two 'computer bits' in action.
By rotating the lever, you operate the red bits.
Together, they represent the decimal numbers 0-3.
When all three boxes are aligned, the yellow box
indicates which number is represented by the two bits.
