The Perfect Holiday Adventure

This is how I envision the most perfect holiday. Out in the wild on a journey with nothing but my horse, my best friend, and my wits. People don't often travel by horse these days as it is not the most practical, but it is exciting to go on an adventure once and a while. The exact number of pieces in this build is unknown. I do know that it's no more that 250. Does anyone else see this as their dream holiday?
