Calypso Cone Scoop Shack
Pirates and the perfect scoop. That's my childhood memory right there of a dream holiday. I can't think of anything better than bobbing out of the sea, bouncing across the hot sand to buy a tasty ice-cream served up by Pete the Pirate from his treasure-filled Calypso Cone (see what I did there?) Scoop Shack.
Made using just under 250 bricks, it features the treasures found on Pirate Pete's adventures, including a treasure map, bones, periscope, compass, surfboard, and not forgetting the oar from his trusty sea boat and of course his Jolly Roger pirate flag and his two best parrot pals, Pauline and Percy.
Walk the plank to Pete's bamboo-style shack which has a retractable roof so you can catch some rays* and delve inside to get a closer look at the vats of lush, velvety ice-cream waiting to be devoured. It features to minifigures: Pirate Pete and Surfin' Sally who I think you'll agree is looking pleased with her blueberry ice-cream.
Now that is THAT holiday.
