National Forest Tribute Apartment

This apartment is a tribute to national forests and nature preserves everywhere.  My goal was to combine richness of detail with restraint.  For this reason, I designed the animals from bricks instead of using animal figures.  Animals included: cardinal in flight, owl, trout, purple emperor butterfly.  Campsite includes: orange tent, picnic table, propane stove, cookware, coffee mug.  The trees are blossoming, and the wildflowers are in full bloom for spring.  A small waterfall spills over a ledge, and the creek meanders on.  Thanks for checking out this floor design--had a blast designing it!

*The stepping stones can be lowered if they aren't in compliance with the space in front of the door.
