Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe (Revised)
In my original entry the stone table kept the scene from folding down properly, so now it detaches from the main scene for storage.
The
Lamppost in the snowy woods represents the adventure unfolding in
Narnia, and the cracked Stone Table in spring represents the story about
to come to a close. The Wardrobe is of course one of the most important
objects in the book and movie, so I chose that to be at the center of
my pop-up story. The Wardrobe doors open in the center, so I needed to
find a piece alternative to the "cheese slope" piece that could be
placed at the bottom to help fold it down. And the piece "bracket
1x1-1x1 inverted" worked.
Features:
~Based on the story by C.S. Lewis
~The Wardrobe doors open
~The Stone Table can "crack", and now detaches from the main scene for storage.
~New Discovery! "Bracket 1x1-1x1 Inverted" piece Helps the scene fold down just like a "cheese slope" brick!
~It also includes two micro model scenes: Aslan's Camp and the Witch's Castle
