The Great Gatsby
"So we beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past." The Great Gatsby. One of my favorite books. So much depth to it and I had to build it into the pop-up book. I designed the iconic glasses billboard with those haunting eyes looking over West Egg. I also wanted to add Gatsby's yellow car. It can even seat him to drive past the billboard. I included the minifigures of Jay Gatsby in his pink suit and Daisy Fay in her gray party dress. The final touch was having his house, the castle on one side with a dock and the other side having Daisy's house with her dock and the Green Light. I hope you like the design!
