Little Mermaid

Inspired by the movie Little Mermaid, and the scene where Sebastian sings "Kiss the girl".  Additional scenery includes some of the singing frogs, Sebastian conducting the song, and a owl figure standing in for the seagull.  Behind the scene is a folding tree with hanging vines to give some depth.  Since Lego does Disney sets, I think this brand should be acceptable
