The Lion King - DUPLO Edition

I've tried to design a set for young children (2-6yrs) utilising DUPLO bricks, trading off between the number of DUPLO pieces (127 pieces, plus 11 or more DUPLO animals), playability (including a rotatable tree and a hidey hole with a door), whilst aiming to reflect the opening scene from Disney's The Lion King.

Unfortunately, I couldn't track down all the DUPLO parts required to build the set as desired in BrickLink's Studio; in particular parts 84191 (plant tree trunk) and 84194 (plant tree top). In the submitted renders, part 84194 is substituted with part 98220, and part 84191 is represented by a very rough mock-up of the plant tree trunk. Any real world build would utilise parts 84191 and 84194, but hopefully you get the gist of the build.

Similarly, the colour and face prints on the DUPLO animals could be modified to represent Lion King characters. For example, the DUPLO Toucan Bird and Monkey could be printed in alternative colours to represent Zazu and Rafiki, respectively.
