The Jungle Book - Jungle Kingdom
"Oh, oobee doo": a song (I Wan’na Be Like You), engaging characters, beautiful set... In short, what Disney means to me: the magic! The Jungle Book (1967) is one of my favourite Disney. It is based on Rudyard Kipling’s book of the same title and the last film supervised by Walt Disney. It’s also a worldwide box office success and the first animated classic adapted into a live-action film. The scene in my diorama pays tribute to the film crew, who made a beautiful work on the designs.
It is the centenary of the Disney studios! Many references to famous films have slipped into my creation, like the apple from Snow White, the ice pop from Zootopia or the bow from Robin Hood. There are still also other easter eggs from The Lion King, the fairy tales Cinderella and Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Peter Pan, Mary Poppins, The Sword in the Stone... Will you find them all? Tell me in the comments!
