The Sword in the Stone (1963)
A legend is sung of when England was young
And knights were brave and bold
The good king had died
And no one could decide
Who was rightful heir to the throne
It seemed that the land would be torn by war
Or saved by a miracle alone
And that miracle appeared in London Town
The sword in the stone
And below the hilt in letters of gold were written these words:
"Whoso pulleth out this sword of this stone and anvil is rightwise king born of England"
This movie is a great classic, a real milestone, it is appropriate to say, in the history of Disney animation. The drawings, the animations, the atmospheres, the music... everything contributes to create the magic, and to make anyone who looks at it feel a little like a child again.
No matter how many times we've seen it, it's always a pleasure to sit as a family and enjoy this gem.
The set is composed by
Sword 26 pieces
Anvil 246 pieces
Stone 528 pieces
TOTAL 800 pieces
It is possible to actually extract the sword to display it separately
