Mary Poppins Carousel - Functional !
Mary Poppins takes me back to when I was young, having sleepovers at my Grandparents house and watching this movie in the evening. The movie gives me such a happy, warm feeling which deserves its own lego set! I have created the carousel ride that Jane, Michael, Bert and Mary Poppins ride when they jump inside the chalk drawing. I put the boys in their striped summer blazers and the girls in their dresses. I also included the paint detailing on the inside of the carousel. The gears are in the base of the build and the small red ball is spun to turn the set. The set currently sits at 731 pieces.
