Voice Controlled Mobile Hand (inspired by 'Thing' from the Adams Family)

I propose a voice controlled mobile 'hand' which would consist of two units, a mobility unit and a hand arm unit.
I envision the three wheeled mobility unit with an obstacle avoidance sensor and turntable similar to the one found in the Lego kit 42082.  This unit would have the power supply for the sensor, drive motor, steering motor and turntable rotation motor.  The controller in the unit will process voice commands and input from the avoidance sensor to move as directed by the user.  The steering wheel rotates 60 degrees from the center to allow for very sharp turns.
This unit will respond to voice commands to move forward or backward at a slow or faster speed, to make wide or sharp turns to the right or left, rotate the turn table to the right or left and of course stop.  When the avoidance sensor detects an object or pit it stops the unit with an alert.

With the hand and arm power supply and controller unit mounted on the turntable the arm and hand can rotate without constraint in either direction.  The power and controller unit will process voice commands for the hand and arm; the motorized shoulder will respond to raise and lower, the motorized elbow will respond to extend and retract, motorized wrist will respond to twist up and down and the powered had will open and close on voice command.  The command stop arm will stop all arm and hand movement when received.

I have submitted side and top view sketches showing the arm retracted and extended and the hand open and closed.
