The Connected Fairground

The Connected Fairground: Every kids (big and little) dream park that they can control with their voice.

Each module within the fairground can be automated by individual LEGO Power Functions, but turning them on or off may be troublesome if they’re in hard to reach places.

However, at the Connected Fairground, one’s voice will have the power to turn multiple sets on or off at the users desire.

Imagine the 10247 Ferris Wheel turning, the 10257 Carousel spinning, the 10261 Roller Coaster diving, the 10244 Mixer mixing, and the 71044 Disney Train delivering passengers around the park.  Each one, connected to a central hub, can be controlled by voice command.  So say the Ferris Wheel is ready to change passengers.  Simply voice the Ferris Wheel stop command, and the Ferris Wheel will come to a stop whilst every other attraction keeps running.

For extra theming, why not add the 70652 Ninjago Stormbringer + 17101 Boost.  After all, what fairground is complete without a missile firing dragon roaming around?

After a long hard day enjoying all those rides, the guests will certainly be ready for a long night in bed.  However, no guest can leave until they witness the spectacular night time firework display.

After programming the sequence, the user can activate the show to start with their own voice command.  Sit back and watch as the swathe of lights and colours fly into the sky above your fairground.  One could even add further sound effects to the display, whether it be music, the sound of fireworks exploding, the reaction of the guests (ooh’s and aah’s), or a mixture of the above.  Or perhaps one could create laser effects using 88005 Lights to add a little more pizzazz.
