Music Maestro - Teaches You Music!
Music Maestro is an interactive Music Coach that utilizes the future of Lego Voice and Audio recognition. Maestro can listen to you play notes and help you hit your notes on pitch, quiz you on your Treble and Base Clef notes, Tune your instrument, and keep timing! Maestro would work with both instruments and vocals. This would all be wrapped up in an interactive, Voice and Music recognizing Lego Brickhead style Maestro!
Learn Musical Notes with a fun Quiz!
- The player says: "Maestro, Quiz Me on the Treble Clef"
- The Maestro will then Raise and Lower the Note on his motorized arm to a position on the Treble Clef.
- The Player will now have to Play their instrument or Sing with their voice to create the desired note.
- Music Maestro analyzes the audio it hears and once the correct note is played, on pitch, the Maestro's Eyes light up Green, a chime is played, and the Maestro selects the next note.
Maestro can show you what note you are playing/singing!
- The player says: "Maestro, show me what note I'm playing"
- The player plays their instrument (one note at a time) or sings, and the Maestro moves his arm to show you the corresponding note.
- Alternatively, if the player says: "Maestro, tell me what note I'm playing", the Maestro will respond by speaking the name of the note.
Maestro can teach you simple songs!
- Same as the Quiz but the notes won't be random and will form a song. Update the song list using the phone App.
Use Maestro as a Tuner!
- The Player says: "Maestro, help me tune my Ukulele (Guitar, Voice, Violin, etc)"
- Maestro will use its Red/Green eyes and Note display for tuning feedback.
Metronome
- The Player removes the Note from Maestro's arm.
- The Player says, "Maestro, give me 90 beats per minute"
- Maestro then swings his arm from left to right up over Maestro's head at a 90bpm. A tick sound could be added with another Voice request.
Switch to Base Clef
- To convert to the Bass Clef, just tell the Maestro: "Switch to Base Clef"
Its FUN, Educational and LEGO!
