LEGO Personal Trainer will be your best friend and will teach you how to practice Yoga and Guided Meditation in a very fun and interactive way. With it you will be able to interact through the voice command to choose the training program or just ask him to play his favorite songs.

LEGO Personal Trainer will have pre-programmed questions to provide a complete, dynamic and fun training experience. He will teach you step by step through speech and will reproduce the movements for you to do the same.

He moves and speaks for real! Just listen and mimic the movements of your Lego Personal Trainer.

It's much more fun to practice yoga or meditate with your Lego personal trainer!

Following is a dialog to exemplify the idea:

LETÍCIA: Hello LEGO!

LEGO: Hello Leticia! What do you want to do today?

LETÍCIA: I want to practice YOGA.

LEGO: Great choice! How much time do you have available to train today?

LETÍCIA: 1 hour.

LEGO: At what level do you want to start?

LETÍCIA: Medium.

LEGO: Combined! Let's start?

LETÍCIA:

[Answer NO] LEGO: Okay. Let me know when you want to start!

[Answer YES] START YOGA PROGRAM.

LEGO Personal Trainer will start the program: the music starts playing and it will explain to you how the exercise should be done, step by step, performing the movement along with the explanation.

For Guided Meditation, the LEGO Personal Trainer will sit down and invite you to do the same. Then you will start the meditation program.

Lego Personal Trainer may be associated with your favorite music service. Just tell him the kind of music you want to hear and he will play. He will also be able to play the songs on his memory card.
