Arkadius 5 Mars Rocket


This is my contest entry for the Moon to Mars competition. This entry consists of an underground Moon base, a rocket, a Moon lander/transporter and a Mars spacecraft. The overall piece count is about 3700 pieces including the underground moon base. The way this rocket gets to Mars is by launching various modules into Lunar orbit which are assembled together to form one Spacecraft capable of  reaching Mars. I wanted to create a build that would be cost effective - especially since the bottom of the rocket is reusable similar, to a spacex rocket. Since the modules are being launched from a lunar base, the fuel requirements are less than those needed launching from Earth. I found it very exciting designing my own custom stickers, but overall the complete lego build was created in real life, but then built and rendered in Bricklink’s software Studio. I am very happy with the way my contest entry has come out and I hope that others will like it too.
