Wedge Hammer
The 'Wedge Hammer' (named for it's combination of a wedge shape and a blunt, sledgehammer-like front window) is not a graceful ship by any means, but it's twin engines give it enough kick to make it to Mars (and possibly beyond, hopefully in one piece).
Interplanetary travelers will be able to make use of the comfortable sleeping pods on board, grab a drink of coffee or check out a specimen or two on the microscope. Let's hope that's enough entertainment because it's going to be a long journey!
Nobody is quite sure who's idea it was to tile the back sides of the craft with heat and impact-resistant tiles instead of the front (which is covered in hopefully non-critical components) but it's survived this long so surely it can't be that bad.
What's that? The engines don't turn off? That's clearly a feature, not a bug, and you have absolutely no reason to worry. We can't legally promise that, but you can rest easy knowing that we want to promise that. After all, it's the thought that counts.
