Al’s Interplanetary Truck-stop and Diner
It’s a busy day at Al’s Interplanetary Truck-stop and Diner, boasting
the best food for 20 million kms sitting roughly halfway between Earth and
Mars.
After many years serving the space-lanes Al finally retired, but
uncomfortable on solid land Al decided to set up shop and help keep his trucker
mates rested and well fed.
Not having saved much money, his diner is a ramshackled collection of
recycled odds and ends featuring: An old school diner that reminds Al of home,
a bio-dome to grow his own veges and freshen up the recycled air, and a less than convenient
convenience.
Along with a trio of homemade robots, his daughter Cheyenne helps out
pumping fuel and oxygen to desperate patrons. She may be considered grumpy by
some and frequently threatens to jump ship on the next transport that
miscalculates their fuel/mass ratio, but will she ever be able to leave her
lovable dad to run the place on his own?
