Tomb of the Ancient King

This set depicts a battle between a beholder and a party of adventurers in an ancient tomb of an old king. Treasures of the dead king are waiting for the adventurers but they will not have them without a deadly battle with the beholder.

Dungeons&Dragons universe has a lot of iconic monsters like mind flayers, hook horrors and dragons but I decided to go with a beholder because I think it is the most iconic of them.

Another iconic feature of D&D is the alignment system of it. Every character has a moral alignment of good,neutral and evil. I wanted to implement this system and decided to go with a customizable build. There are two sets of minifigures in set: One is for good party and the other is for evil.

-A paladin of Helm,ranger,cleric and sorceror

-A half-orc blackguard,dwarven berserker,drow cleric,red wizard of Thay

-A priest of Myrkul and gnome thief.

This set is more aimed towards being a display set but it can also be played with.
