Lava Planet Mining Rig

If a planet orbits close enough to a star it will be so hot that the surface rock will be melted into lava, which I think is really cool! While I'm not sure we could live in such extreme conditions, it is fun to imagine what else we might do if we find such a planet someday.

This mining rig has a small climate controlled chamber in case piloting is necessary. It has a landing pad for a shuttle craft and two docking bays for mining transports to pick up cargo.
