Scene: Arrival at the Citadel of Time

Oxygen condenses into a light bluish liquid at -183° Celsius. This little fact alone demonstrates how hostile the conditions on Chronostreamos must be: The ice planet, hidden in a distant galaxy, is covered with blue oxygen oceans. Only few daring space explorers have ever traveled to this seemingly lifeless place, and even fewer have found its best kept secret: The Citadel of Time, a place of great marvel and mystery.

My build shows the arrival of a space explorer at the citadel. I wonder what his intentions may be... is he trying to amend errors of past or future, maybe to save a loved one? Or to change the fate of the entire universe?

The inspiration for my build came from the satin trans-clear panel tiles from set 80109. I wanted to use these to create the look of a freezing atmosphere.

The hourglass pieces from Dreamzzz inspired me to build the Time Citadel, a monumental structure that itself is shaped like an hourglass.
