Jupiter From Europa
In this special 3d postcard, a red spaceman crew is on a mission on the frozen moon Europa. It's the first exploration mission on Jupiter's moon. The spacecraft has landed a few days ago...A red spaceman is now walking on the iced surface of the smallest moons orbiting Jupiter. What he will find there?
The icy surface is made with trans-clear tiles. The blue color is made thanks to medium azur plates underneath the trans-clear tiles.
On the arch there are two layers of bricks. The layer on the front is made with trans-clear bricks whereas the bricks on the back are medium azur. It creates the color and illusion of real ice.
Jupiter is built with SNOT techniques to create the circle shape. The colored layers are made with plates. The "Great Red Spot" is built with 2 pieces: a trans-orange dish and a trans-red round tile.
The background represents deep space, with stars and a black hole.
I really enjoyed designing and building this creation. I hope you like it!
