Summer of '62

This model is inspired by the iconic and wonderful hot rod coupes driven by young men in 1960's and 70's after modifying 20+ year-old cheaper cars.

Built with 222 existing pieces, even a few less but I don't have the parts needed. The main body of the car is 17 studs long X 6 studs wide X 7.5 bricks high, wheels included.

Extra dimensions are due to additional features and ornamental details, such as a radiator grille, headlights, side mirror, exhaust pipes, front and rear mudguards, rear license plate, rear bumper bar, and rear wheels (these are extra wide for aesthetic reasons, but that can be easily modified).

The model also has a steering wheel, a gearshift, a speedometer, old-style upholstery, room for two minifigs (not too comfy), two "wires" holding the radiator front panel, and a removable rooftop!

She is so vintage that she even contains bricks and plates from my old 375 Castle... She's my little Deuce Coupe!

Thank you very much for your support!!!
