Hot Dog Mobile!
Hot Dog Mobiles go back as far as the 1930s with the most recognizable designs springing up in the 1950s! Every Lego town needs a visit from the Hot Dog Mobile!
About the Design:
The hotdog was designed in two color schemes, one looks more vintage, the other looks more colorful. The main Hot Dog features a flexible core which allows the rear to bend up and still be secure. This is accomplished by using a ridged flex tube that travels through round 2x2 bricks which connect to 4x4 plates which hold the outer shell on. It is mounted to a flatter "Bun" base which features a classic front bumper and lights, license plates, and stylish rear lights.
The vehicle sits on a small section of "Condiments Road," which is not intended to be part of the set, but a fun display that features winding Mustard, a stripe of Ketchup, and blops of Relish!
With the Hot Dog Mobile cruising your Lego Streets, the townsfolk are certain to come out to take a look and say "Yum"!
