Peek-a-Bird - The Crazy Cockatiel

The bird got into the soda cans again! - And what a glorious mess that is.

Cockatiels are awesome creatures & by awesome I mean loud, hyperactive and cheeky. They need a lot of space and once they get it there's no stopping them. They particularly enjoy things that produce sounds and they pick-and-click everything that comes their way: opening up soda cans and knocking them over is an utter delight to them... so it gets messy and sticky and noisy.

But what can you do?! in the end they are just too charming not to love.

For "Peek-a-bird - the crazy cockatiel" I have used mainly curved and regular slopes, 1x2 plates and the various tooth pieces. The claws are sand red clip & bar pieces.

It is my first ever LEGO-animal to date and it was really fun but very tricky to design. Organic shapes are a challenge and I haven't mastered it yet.

I am in absolute awe of all of you who do animals on a regular basis.
