Flora and fauna: Bonsai

A traditional looking Bonsai tree with the trunk deliberately shaped in a spiralling fashion.

set on a circular base so as to allow the benefit of displaying it at any angle.

i originally designed this as a request for a gift for a friend where the brief was for it to have a natural look to the tree and to also be a decent size.

I have slightly altered it form the original one I built so that it can fit with in the size parameters as well as changing the base to be that on the rock gardens that have the line patterns drawn in.

it is a build that its many purpose is to be put on display and viewed making it a great option for this challenge.
